Install addon on Jira Instance from the Atlassian marketplace
To install the cloud app:
From the top navigation bar in your product, select Settings (Cog icon)
Select Apps.
Search for Easy Backup for Jira.
Follow the prompts to Get app, or get a Free trial.
Configure Addon
From the top navigation bar in your product, select Settings (Cog icon)
Select Apps.
Locate and click on installed addon at the left pannel of your instance.
Generate & Enter an API Token: Find details on how to generate an API token for your Jira instance here
Schedule a Backup: To schedule backup, on the homescreen click on schedule backup located at the top right of the home screen , select interval (Once a week or twice a week), Select hour and finally select the day
