To report or analyse Customer Aging, there are 3 reports available in Business Central:

• Customer Detailed Aging

• Customer - Summary Aging

• Customer - Summary Aging Simp.

Customer Detailed Aging Report

The Customer Detailed Aging report displays the balances that are due from customers, sorted by date interval, or aging period.

Steps

• Search for Customer Detailed Aging Reoport (in the category Report and Analysis)

• When you click on the link, following window opens

• First filter that can be used is a Filter on Ending Date in category Options

• You can use filter on Customer No., Customer Posting Group and many more Customer related fields from the list:

• You can also filter totals by:

  • Currency Filter

  • date Filter

  • Global Dimension 1 and 2 Code

  • Ship-to Filter

• You will run the report by clicking on:

  • Send to - you can choose from many options (PDF Document, XML Document,…)

  • Print

  • Preview

Customer - Summary Aging report

The Customer - Summary Aging report displays the balances that are due from customers, sorted by ending date.

Steps

• Search for Customer Detailed Agigng Report (in the category Report and Analysis)

• When you click on the link, following window opens:

• In the category Options, user can filter the results based on Starting Date, Period Length and it can be also switched on or switched off if user wants to Show Amounts in LCY (local currency)
