  1. Introduction

These Customer Terms ("Terms") are entered into between On Point, hereinafter referred to as "Provider," and the customer, hereinafter referred to as "Customer," who subscribes to and uses the Easy Backup add-on, hereinafter referred to as the "Add-on," for their Jira instances. By using the Add-on, the Customer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Purpose

The Easy Backup Add-on is designed to enhance the management of backups within Jira instances. It simplifies and automates the backup process, ensuring the integrity and security of Customer's data. These Terms outline the rights and obligations of both the Provider and the Customer regarding the use of the Add-on.

  1. Features and Benefits

3.1. Streamlined Backup Processes: The Add-on offers a dynamic solution for managing Jira backups, simplifying what was once a complex task into an efficient and seamless operation.

3.2. Automated Backup Scheduling: The Add-on provides the capability to schedule automated backups, reducing the need for manual intervention and ensuring consistent data safeguarding.

3.3. Administrator Notifications: The administrator is promptly notified when a backup is completed, allowing for immediate download and control over the data restoration process.

3.4. User-Friendly Interface: The Add-on features an intuitive interface designed to accommodate users with or without technical backgrounds, making backup management accessible to all.

  1. Data Security and Integrity

Provider is committed to preserving the integrity and accessibility of Customer's data. The automated backup scheduling ensures data safety through systematic and timely backups, providing peace of mind regarding data loss or compromise.

  1. Subscription and Payment

Details regarding the subscription plan, payment terms, and pricing for the Add-on are specified separately in the subscription agreement or pricing document provided by Provider.

  1. Support and Maintenance

Provider may offer support and maintenance services for the Add-on, which will be subject to a separate support agreement or maintenance agreement.

  1. Intellectual Property

The Add-on, including all associated intellectual property rights, remains the exclusive property of Provider. Customer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Add-on in accordance with these Terms.

  1. Limitation of Liability

Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of the Add-on. The total liability of Provider, if any, is limited to the fees paid by Customer for the Add-on.

  1. Termination

Provider reserves the right to terminate the Customer's access to the Add-on in case of violations of these Terms or non-payment of fees, as specified in the subscription agreement.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Jurisdiction], and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [Jurisdiction].

11. Modifications

Provider may update these Terms from time to time. The Customer will be notified of any material changes, and continued use of the Add-on constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
