G/L Register report

Steps

• Search for Trial Balance (in the category Report and Analysis)

Open

• When you click on the link, following window opens

Open

• You can filter on G/L Register:

  • Created At/By

  • Creation Date and Time

  • From Entry No. / From VAT Entry No.

  • Journal Batch Name / Journal Template Name

• You can also use filter on Purch. Inv. Line where you can choose from many different fields:

• You will run the report by clicking on:

  • Send to - you can choose from many options (PDF Document, XML Document,…)

  • Print

  • Preview & Close
